We have experienced some nice growth in the last year, and we’re adding the top SEO and PPC talent to expand our team. You will be working with the co-founders of the agency directly to learn the way we do things to keep a retention rate of over 90% over the last 5 years, working in challenging industries with enterprise clients, and crushing local business markets with bright companies you probably know and love. We have over 30 years of SEO between our two founders and we want to share it with you.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience working in SEO, and it helps to have experience in a variety of media channels such as paid search, display, social, video or native advertising. We’re looking for a data-driven professional who can think strategically to bridge the gap between business objectives and Search Marketing strategy and execution. We are willing to train PPC to a good SEO candidate, depending on your desired path.

What you’ll do:

• Build, execute, and optimize organic and paid search campaigns for a variety of clients.
• Track keyword rankings and traffic coming from both organic and paid search and develop optimization strategies.
• Evaluate and perform on-page SEO.
• Identify and repair technical SEO errors.
• Perform outreach to earn high quality backlinks.
• Inform conversion rate optimization testing for landing pages that result in data-driven actions.
• Make campaign strategy recommendations based on Google Analytics data and work within a number of SEO tools.
• Prepare, analyze, and present in-depth performance reports.

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will help with tasks in a client-facing role, and support the company Founder in developing new business and creating visibility for the Webtek brand. This person will have a working knowledge of SEO/PPC and will be tasked with keeping up to date on trends within the industry and applying that knowledge in their day-to-day activities. This position will be, providing strategy and consultation to help drive traffic, conversions, and communicate results.   The Digital Marketing Intern will help with SEO strategy tasks in a client-facing role. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Account Manager, this person will have a working knowledge of SEO and will be tasked with keeping up to date on trends within the industry and applying that knowledge in their day-to-day activities. Our internship has three legs, which will help you learn about everything at a high level, and gravitate toward the work you love. We really believe in helping you find the role that makes you happy, and creating lasting relationships (both employees and clients). You would get to touch on three areas: 1 - client services: interface with clients, work with strategy, prepare reports, get Google Analytics certified 2 - fulfillment: get to try first hand all the things behind the scenes that make the magic happen, get Google Adwords certified 3 - business development: use learned marketing skills and strategies to create new clients for webtek, and get a cut of any new business you drive, including clients increasing budget; this can be whatever you are most comfortable with and passionate about... lead gen, community outreach, networking, educational and speaking engagements, social media content and more. We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets. This is an exciting role for someone who can lead both strategy and execution for paid channels on a high-performing online marketing team. The PPC Manager is a critical part of the team, responsible for creating, managing, and growing our PPC campaigns in order to drive traffic and business. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.)

• Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
• Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
• Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
• Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Produce reports for clients
• Write attractive advertising copy adhering to the search engine specifications and guidelines
• Meeting clients' objectives on key performance indicators.
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
• Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
• Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Qualifications

• MUST BE LOCAL
• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret and translate data into campaign/business strategy
